A Tour of the EMR Portal
The EMR Portal is where you will manage all day-to-day patient interactions and order fulfillment. The main navigation menu on the left provides access to the following modules:
Module | Purpose |
---|---|
Patients | Allows you to manage all patient information, from identification data to orders, subscriptions, or appointments. You can search, filter, and organize the patient list by various criteria. |
Consultations | Facilitates the management of medical intake forms submitted by patients. Authorized team members can also upload forms on behalf of patients from this module. |
Orders | Provides a comprehensive view of all patient orders, with several filters available such as ID, product name, status, and creation date. |
Subscriptions | For managing recurring product plans that can have multiple stages (phases). Each phase can have its own pricing, duration, and requirements. |
Drugs | Contains the list of all available drugs. You can view, add, and edit drug information from here. |
RXs | Used for managing prescriptions, with options to see a list and filter by patient, prescriber, and fulfillment dates. |
Tasks | Used for creating, tracking, and managing operational tasks to ensure all necessary actions are completed. |
Appointments | Used for scheduling and managing all patient appointments with medical teams, including the tracking of appointment statuses. |
Please be aware that the navigation menu is customizable and role-based. Your assigned role (e.g., Administrator, User, Manager) determines which items you can see and access.
